2. Package the item securely, including the order number and reason for return.
3. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization email. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
